I hired Harry at Creative Systems to update and replace worn out components of my whole house audio system. Matt the technician was excellent. He was prompt and extremely knowledgeable especially coordinating our older components with the new replacements. He was able to fix several problems that plagued our system before they became involved. He stayed to answer all my questions when the job was complete and had helpful suggestions. My only regret was not using them for my original installation several years ago. I would highly recommend them without reservation

Very easy company to work with. Harry came out and discussed my needs for ~$10k outdoor deck project and made spot on recommendations for items and install to match. Work involved install of outdoor Sunbrite Pro Series 55" TV, Flagstone planter speakers, and stereo system installed via RF in family room to feed outdoors.

Creative Systems installed my AV system, including TV, speakers, and several other components, in alcoves on either side of my fireplace. The TV was installed on an articulating arm so that it could be hidden behind cabinet doors when not in use, and all components were hidden in cabinets and controlled by a radio frequency remote controller. During the proposal process, the sales engineer listened to my requirements and designed an excellent and reasonably priced solution; the installation technician was knowledgeable and neat; and customer service has been great.
